At Recycle-Link, we know confidentiality is key to any business. You have our full discretion - We offer full account management and reporting services along with Certificate of Destruction within 48 hours of the waste being collected and destroyed. We can offer a full range of confidential cabinets, sacks or archive boxes to store your materials in until it is collected for shredding or destroying.


All staff are CRB checked and for companies that we work closely with, a full audit and pre-acceptance audit is completed to ensure they follow the same standards as Recycle-Link and comply with the same GDPR Policy as we do.

Data Shredding Services

Data can be contained in many formats, all of which need to be securely stored when in use, and safely destroyed when no longer required. This can be from Paper, Documents, Hard Drives or Computers.

With all of the above, they are taken out of the packaging, which is then recycled and the product itself is then either bulked (if a liquid) bulked or shredded.

Bulking - Disposes of the product once out of it's original packaging and sent for organic treatment.

Shredded - Like the paper, these products are shredded and the output material is then recycled or sent to energy from waste, with all waste being diverted from landfill.
